What we do
Our main work is residential roof replacement after hail and wind, usually through an insurance claim. We also do roof repair, gutters, siding and windows and commercial roofing for homes and businesses within about 60 miles of our office.
How we work
- Free inspection with photos, and a straight answer even when the answer is "you are fine."
- We meet your adjuster on the roof to show the damage we documented. We are your roofer, not your public adjuster; Texas law does not let a contractor adjust a claim on a job it is doing (TDI).
- Full tear-off to the deck, with soft or rotted decking shown to you before it is replaced.
- One to two days on site for most homes, magnet sweep for nails, and a walkthrough with you before the final payment.
- Financing is available.
What we will not do
- Waive, absorb or rebate your deductible. It is illegal in Texas (Business and Commerce Code 27.02).
- Promise what your insurance company will pay. Your insurer decides coverage.
